Nestled in the Catskills, this 1980s mountain home had an aging wood deck that required constant maintenance. Upgrading to a fully @timbertech composite deck was a no-brainer! As you can see, the original deck found its new home in a dumpster. All new structure was required to meet current codes and to ensure this 950 square foot deck could last another 50 years! A roof structure with a tongue and groove pine ceiling was also added to a section of the deck to provide coverage from the weather. A cantilevered balcony was also restructured and clad with Garapa decking.

This primary bath needed some major updates and extra space! We cleverly borrowed square footage from an adjacent closet and bedroom. With this redesign, we were able to double the size of the shower and the vanity. You won’t find this vanity at your big box store, it is cusTIM made!

We took another blank wall and transformed it into a functional, multipurpose space. Flush-inset doors and white oak tops, finished with @rubiomonocoatusa.

I was excited to bring my expertise of custom built-in cabinetry to this project. I especially like how the white oak cabinet interiors complement the navy paint scheme and the how the subtle gold tones add a splash of pizzazz.
